XCOSTUME patch for Zelgadis' Malin
The first (and probably not the last) XCOSTUME patch by yours truly.

Changes:
- 28 palettes to choose from (6 default, 10 from KOFXI, 12 custom)
- MUGEN 1.1 Supported
- Pal.Defaults Adjusted in .def file
